SAIACS endeavours to assist students from varied backgrounds by providing several scholarships. Applications for scholarship will be considered after an applicant has been offered a place at SAIACS on academic grounds.
- Christian Leaders Scholarship
This scholarship is given to all students at SAIACS and contributes about 40 percent toward the actual cost of training resident Indian students. This scholarship will apply for the whole programme.
- Pandita Ramabai Merit Scholarship
Each year, SAIACS awards up to four academic scholarships for the highest achievers in the SAIACS entrance examination: two for MA applicants and two for MTh applicants. The Pandita Ramabai Merit Scholarships are given only for first-year study.
- Sahaya Scholarship
Each year, SAIACS awards up to six needs-based scholarships for deserving students from poor economic backgrounds who give evidence of requiring financial assistance in order to take up an academic place at SAIACS. These students must also explain their vision for why they want to study and demonstrate potential to succeed in an MA or MTh programme. Sahaya Scholarships are applicable for only one year and must be reapplied for each year.
